To combat poverty and contribute to the process of empowerment by providing free, confidential, high quality advice and information for people in North Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

We regret we are unable to provide a telephone advice service or offer advice via email. 

Specialist housing advice sessions are provided at the Lockleaze centre by Shelter - the national homelessness charity.
