Casework Supervisor 

We are looking for an Casework Supervisor to join our busy team. This is a key supervisory role within the organisation and the successful applicant will work alongside other staff members to effectively deliver NBAC’s Advice Service. You will be expected to carry a caseload of casework files including Tribunal work and representation. The role includes supervision of paid staff and volunteers, file reviews and providing feedback to improve individual performance and service delivery.

£26,000 - £27,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
35 hours per week

Data Quality Officer 

We are looking for a Data Quality Officer to oversee NBAC’s data management systems. Working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for collating and analysing all data relating to advice contracts, ensure all monitoring requirements are met and that funders reported to in an accurate and timely manner. You will ensure NBAC complies with all GDPR and other relevant legislation and  provide reports to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Trustees as required.

£22,000 pro rata
Up to 16 hours per week (flexi working)

Advice Triage Worker 

We are looking for an Advice Triage Worker to join our busy team. You will be the first point of contact for people coming to the advice centre. You will interview clients face to face or over the phone, diagnose their issues and advise and/or signpost them for further support. You must have excellent people and communication skills, some experience of advice giving and good record keeping and IT/data entry skills.

£18,000 pro rata
28 hours per week
