Hire Charges
The Langley Centre can be hired for a half-day (maximum three hours), a full day (over three hours) or evening session (after 6.30pm) at the following rates:

The cost will include full use of equipment and refreshments, but not lunch. Details of caterers who may be able to provide lunch are available on request.

Cancellation
A cancellation charge of 50% of the hire charge will be incurred if you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before your event.

Damage or theft
The hirer is responsible for any equipment used during the hire period.  We reserve the right to hold the hirer responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of such items, including the cost of repair of any damage to the premises during the hire period.
