We provide free and independent advice and support in North Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
We specialise in Welfare Benefits and Debt advice, including representation at tribunal, and can provide basic housing and employment advice.
We offer advice appointments across the area every week and provide advice online or by telephone too.

Community Advice Champions
NBAC’s specialist advice support is now available through community organisations across North Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
We are working with local organisations to reach people most in need by training and supporting community volunteers –or “advice champions”. They are able to offer local people information and support around welfare benefits and debt in the heart of local communities.
Community Advice Champions can help you:
>> understand your benefit entitlements
>> complete welfare benefit forms
>> apply for help to buy essential goods in a crisis
>> apply for help with water debts
>> by signposting to other services including debt and money management
