North Bristol Advice Centre can provide practical support to vulnerable people applying to the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS).
We can offer support by telephone or video call to help you through the application process, including:
>> Information on who should apply
>> What documents you need to apply
>> How to access the supporting documents you need
>> Support to submit the application on your phone, table or PC
>> Ensuring you’re ready to submit an application with face-to-face support when it’s safe to do so.
Due to Coronavirus, we are not able to provide face-to-face support at this time.
We can work with organisations (who have facilities which meet COVID 19 health and safety requirements) to provide face to face support for vulnerable service users who need to apply.
We’re particularly keen to develop partnerships with organisations that support people over 65. The latest Bristol City Council figures suggest only a very small number of older people have applied for settled status.
How to access this service
This is a city-wide service and is provided by a consortium of community advice providers in Bristol --North Bristol Advice Centre, St Pauls Advice Centre, and South Bristol Advice Services.
