North Bristol Advice Centre’s new meeting, office and event space is available to hire. It’s located just up the road from the advice centre at 6 Gainsborough Square, Lockleaze, BS7 9XA.

Office Space

Upstairs at The Gain Space, small, medium and large furnished offices are available to hire by the month. These are accessible by stairs only.

  • Fully furnished with desks, chairs and wifi

  • Small communal meeting room (seats 4-6)
  • On-site shower, ideal for cyclists

The Gain Space is leased by North Bristol Advice Centre under Community Asset Transfer from Bristol City Council. Activities within the space must be delivered for community benefit.

Cancellation Policy

A charge of 50% of the hire cost may be incurred if you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of your event.

Damage or Theft Policy

The hirer is responsible for any equipment used during the hire period. We reserve the right to hold the hirer responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of such equipment, including the cost of repair of any damage to the premises during the hire period.
